Sick of winter weather.......

I didn't take this one, sorry I copied it off the computer...but I need some picture's with some green grass and SUNSHINE!!!


Everywhere you go, and everyone you speak with has probably said it or is going to say it. "Where is our Spring weather?"
I want it to hurry up and get here so bad I can't stand it.
This winter has been the worst we have had for a while. Not to mention that is has made my whole family's sinuses go into overdrive. Poor Maddison has had it the worst.
So here's to longing for the days when we can play outside and we won't have to bundle up like the someone living in the North Pole.
Thank gooodness we have the internet to pass the time. Until then hope everyone stays warm and free of any illness.

I took this picture a few weeks back. Maddison wanted to watch a movie, since she knows how to run the t.v and the DVD player, she did it all herself. Well, the picture says it all. Dry winter weather will do some crazy things to this child's hair!

I want to send warm birthday wishes to my wondeful husband Stu and to my wonderful Mom! Today is both thier Birthday's! I hope they had good ones. Stu turned 33 today. I won't mention my Mom's age, I want to live to see tomorrow. (hahahaha!)
But she looks good for her age.

Fresh off the press.....

Welcome!!! Here it is. I know it doesn't look like much, but once I get rolling it will look like more.
I am so excited about starting this. I hope you all enjoy, and will keep coming back.
So here I go my first blog entry..........

I have always wanted to see the Queen of country music in concert, and I finally got the chance to make it happen. I also suprised Stu with the tickets for his birthday. He had no clue. It was fabalous!
At first I was going to buy tickets, but the show sold out in like 1 hour. So I tried my luck at winning them from the radio station. Then my luck turned around. My good girlfriend Kate sent me a text saying that she knew a girl who knew a guy, who knew another guy who was selling 2 tickets to the George & Reba concert. I got my hands on them and fast! It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I would do it all over again if I could.....
The concert took place at the downtown Intrust Bank arena. Parking is a joke, but it was a neat building.


First up was Leann Womack. We missed most of her performance, casue we got there late. But she nailed it....




Then it was Reba's turn to take the stage......She ROCKED it! Sorry the pictures are crystal clear, but we were way up there......





Then one of the stars from the t.v show Reba came to the stage. It was Barbara Jean! Who's real name is Melissa Petermen. She was hilarious!


Then Reba came back w/her encore and sang "Fancy. The audience went crazy!





Then it was time for the King of country. Mr.George Strait. I missed his entrance due to the fact that I was still waiting in line for the ladies restroom.(go figure)








The whole concert was a blast. I have to say I love George's voice, BUT Reba kicked BUTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so glad I got the chance to see them. Listening to some of thier older songs took me back to when I was a kid riding w/my Dad listening to those songs on cassette tape! It was wonderful.
